RETURN AND EXCHANGE LOVELETIC JEWELLERY
To return or exchange your jewellery, please contact Loveletic Customer Service by email within 30 days of receiving your jewellery.
You will receive a return number from a customer service representative, which you are asked to enter on the return form included with your shipment.
After receiving your return number, you can return or exchange your Loveletic jewellery within 14 days. The condition is that it is in a new, unused and spotless condition and all protective materials as well as labels and stickers are intact.
Please send the jewellery you wish to return or exchange using the enclosed prepaid return label. We strongly recommend that you write down the tracking number of your return, which can be found on the label.
Creations purchased in our online store can only be returned or exchanged in our online store.Loveletic will not accept returns of jewellery that shows signs of having been worn, used or otherwise altered.
