1. The Loveletic online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. According to § 13 BGB, a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
  2. These general terms and conditions apply to all sales contracts concluded through the Loveletic online shop between us, POINT München Werbeagentur GmbH & Co. KG, Konrad-Zuse-Platz 8, 81829 Munich, and you as a consumer.
  3. The version of the general terms and conditions available on the website at the time the contract is concluded is decisive.


  1. By completing the order process by activating the “Binding order” button, you are making a binding offer to purchase the goods you have selected (order); we will immediately confirm receipt of the order by email to the email address that you provided. The confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute a binding acceptance of the order; however, it can be combined with an express declaration of acceptance.
  2. We are entitled to accept the contract offer contained in the order within three working days of receipt. We accept the order by means of a confirmation by email or by sending the ordered goods. The purchase contract is only concluded with this acceptance. We are entitled to refuse to accept the order, for example after checking your creditworthiness. In this case we will notify you of the rejection in writing or by email.
  3. We reserve the right to sell goods only in normal household quantities.
  4. We only sell while stocks last.
  5. After completing the entry and before the binding dispatch of the order by activating the “Binding order” button, all order data will be displayed to you collectively; At this point you have the opportunity to correct any input errors.
  6. The text of the contract will be saved by us and, along with these general terms and conditions, will be sent to you by email after your order has been received.


  1. The price stated at the time of the order in the Loveletic online shop is binding. The legally applicable sales tax, if applicable, is included in the price. No sales tax is charged for deliveries to countries outside the European Union. In this case, we will bear the customs and import taxes.
  2. A price offered as part of a special offer is only valid for a limited period of time for the special offer. Special promotions are identified as such.
  3. All prices include VAT. Please note any shipping costs that may be applied. You will receive information about the amount of shipping costs during the order process and in the service area.
  4. In general, all payment methods displayed during the ordering process are available to you. There are no additional costs for using the different payment methods. Please note any bank charges that may apply for transfers from abroad. The amount depends on your respective bank.
    The invoice will be sent to the email address provided immediately after the order has been placed.

    The following payment options are available in the Loveletic online shop:

  • Invoice: The invoice amount must be paid within 21 days of receipt of the invoice.
  • Credit cards: You have the option to pay with Visa and Mastercard. We use Unzer as a payment service provider
  • PayPal: You will be forwarded to the website of the online provider PayPal during the ordering process. To do this, you must be registered with PayPal and logged in with your access data.

    Please note that we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods after the result of a credit check.

  1. You only have the right to offset against counterclaims if your counterclaims are undisputed or have been legally established. You can only exercise a right of retention based on counterclaims based on the same contractual relationship.


  1. We deliver within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The billing and delivery addresses must be within the same country for order processing.
  2. The binding period within which we will deliver the goods to you if we accept your order (delivery period) will be displayed to you during the ordering process. The delivery period begins on the following working day after receipt of your order.
  3. If the goods cannot be delivered for reasons for which you are responsible, additional shipping costs will be incurred for a new delivery. In this case you have to pay the costs for the return shipment. In the event of a revocation, Section 7 takes precedence.


  1. The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
  2. You have to treat the goods with due care until the transfer of ownership.
  3. You may neither pledge the delivered goods nor assign them as security before the transfer of ownership. In the event of seizure, confiscation or other disposal by third parties, you must notify us immediately in writing.

Right of cancellation

Cancellation policy You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without specifying any reasons. The statutory cancellation/return period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.

In addition to the statutory cancellation period, Loveletic gives you the option of returning the goods up to 30 days after receipt and thus releasing yourself from the purchase contract.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (POINT München GmbH & Co. KG, Konrad-Zuse-Platz 8, D-81829 München, Germany; e-mail: of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, facsimile or e-mail). You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, you simply need to send us notice that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Excluded from cancellation are goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

Exceptions in case of return or exchange:
Some products cannot be exchanged or returned. Such products include items made especially for you. Furthermore, incomplete or damaged items are also not eligible for exchange or refund.

Consequences of cancellation

If you choose to withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments which we have received from you without delay, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising in the event of selecting a shipping method which is different from the most cost-efficient standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen days from the date on which we have received the notice of withdrawal from this contract. The refund shall be issued with the same payment method which you provided for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances shall you be charged fees to process this refund. We may withhold the refund until the items have been returned to us, or until you have provided evidence that you have shipped the goods, whichever takes place first.

You have to return or hand over the goods immediately and, in all events, no later than fourteen days from the date you inform us of your wish to cancel this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the items before the fourteen-day deadline has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must only compensate any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling which is unnecessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, with the exception of the UN sales law, the applicability of which is hereby expressly excluded. This choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence.
